The transmitter works in mono or stereo mode (2 microdot microphone inputs).
Internal recorder with timecode (microSD).
Neverclip function.
The ability to change the gain, frequency and output power of the transmitter wirelessly via the Zaxnet protocol.
The ZMT3-X is our longest running and most durable transmitter for sound recorders. It is made of durable nylon polymer and rubber materials,
to maximize field performance. Supports two lavalier microphones in stereo mode or one lavalier in mono mode. The connection type is two microdot inputs.
The sound is transmitted using 100% digital modulation. Digital transmission enables audio encryption. Zaxcom uses an advanced encryption system,
to keep audio private. Transmitted sound can be recorded internally at the same time on the microSD card. The audio files are recorded using
the highly reliable lossless MARF format (Mobile Audio Recording Format), which eliminates file corruption typical for recordings caused by exhausted
battery or premature card removal.
The ZMT3-X provides the scope 118 dB dynamics in mono mode and 108 dB in stereo mode. It has a choice of 25, 50 or 75 mW power.
The OLED display shows key information. ZaxNet is a long-range remote control system that allows users to change the frequency,
input gain and output power without removing the transmitter from the actuator. Zaxcom High Density (ZHD) modulation increases the number
of available channels to 9 in one MHz of spectral space. Motorola BT100 battery provides up to 12 hours of work and 48 hours of standby
on a single charge.
The ZMT3-X can be ordered in one of two configurations:
ZMT3.5: Covers channels 26 to 38 (512 to 614 MHz)
ZMT3.6: Coverage of channels 36 to 49 (596 to 698 MHz)
