Rycote Nano-Shield Kit NS5-DC

Nano Shield is designed to provide excellent wind protection and acoustic transparency to record the purest possible sound. 
The entire kit includes several patented designs, including advanced mounts Lyre®, which are more compatible with lighter microphones, 
and a mounting bar with a swivel arm that does not require any tools for adjustment or replacement Lyre mounts. 

There are six Nano Shield kits designed to work with the shortest condenser microphones (SCHOEPS CMC 1) through the most popular shotguns medium length 
(MKH 416, CMIT 5, DPA, Sanken etc.). Interchangeable basket halves allow you to change the size of the zeplins without having to buying a whole new set.

What’s In The Box

Nano Shield Kits come complete and ready to use out of the box. The basket design and available layers of shielding allow you to customize 
the level of wind protection to meet your needs. In addition, the patented mounting bar and Lyre mounts can be repositioned, swapped out 
and taken apart without the need for any tools.
