Audioroot eSMART QUAD CHARGER

The eSMART QUAD CHARGER is a 4-pocket smart simultaneous battery charger with active temperature management is the latest addition to the Audioroot eSMART line of chargers. The device is powered directly from the AC network and has an OLED screen of 160 × 128 pixels and a PWM-controlled fan.
The thermal behavior of the charger is automatically monitored and controlled by Active Thermal Management. This system uses fan speed or charge current to ensure the quietest and coolest operation possible. When users choose fan based unit cooling, the fan speed is automatically controlled by the internal temperature of the charger. Users can turn off the fan operation using a switch on the front panel of the charger. When the fan is turned off, the integrated microcontroller will adjust the maximum charging current of the charger to reduce heat generation inside the device.
The OLED display will show information about: battery capacity (%), charging current, charging voltage, temperature and battery cycle count.
